Rick has been part of Park City Packaging for more than 30 years. He leverages his diverse knowledge of military and commercial packaging, as well as industry relationships forged over the course of his entire career to assist Park City customers in meeting their objectives. He is a graduate of The University of Hartford, having received a BS in Business Administration. Rick also holds certificates in Defense Packaging Design and Marking from the Army Logistics Management College, as well as certificates from the Michigan State University School of Packaging. |

Owen has been with Park City Packaging since 2020. In his current role as Vice President of Operations, he has responsibilities that extend across all four Park City locations. Owen works closely with plant leadership to perpetuate a culture rooted in the principles of quality, efficiency, and improvement. He is additionally focused on ensuring all Park City locations work synergistically with each other to maximize our advantages in scale & scope, and to return value to Park City customers. Owen received his undergraduate degree from Marist College and is currently pursuing an MBA in management from Fairfield University. |
Vice President of Operations
Steve has been with Park City for over 20 years. Prior to joining Park City, Steve worked as a manager at Sikorsky Aircraft, with a focus on spare parts and overhaul. In his current role, Steve oversees the day-to-day operations at our Connecticut facilities, and works to ensure the quality and uniformity of work completed within. |
General Manager
Over the course of his 20+ year career at Park City, Bill has focused on developing deep relationships with those we serve. Bill’s prior experience includes time working at Allied Signal, a company now part of the Honeywell portfolio. Through his unique understanding of the challenges facing our customers, he works tirelessly to supply them with the tools they need to win. Bill is an expert in corrugated containers, wood containers, open/closed cell foam, and countless other packaging materials. |
SALES Manager
Brian serves as the Business Development Manager at Park City Packaging and is primarily responsible for guaranteeing the best possible experience for customers new and old. Brian is well versed in all of Park City Packaging’s business units, and makes sure that every customer gets the guidance, level of service, and quality of care they deserve. Prior to joining the Park City team Brian spent over a decade at Colony Grill, quickly rising to General Manager of their Norwalk, CT location. This prior experience informs his hospitality-first approach to his role at Park City where he ensures each customer is treated with the highest possible attention to detail. |
Business Development Manager
Megan works closely with our customers to guide them through the shipping and ordering process. Working closely with our freight partners, Megan makes sure that every job gets the attention that it deserves. Her detail-oriented approach and dedication to Park City customers is second to none. |
Maureen works closely with our large corporate customers both on-site and in Stratford to ensure their needs are being met. She works tirelessly to maintain inventory, find solutions to complex materials problems, and to make our customers lives easier. Maureen’s decades of experience serving Park City’s large corporate clients reflects her dedication to those she works with. |
Ray brings a depth of experience in shipping & receiving to his current role in Wide Area Workflow and government contracting. A U.S. Navy veteran, Ray has a unique perspective on government contracting having seen the process from both the civilian and the military side. Ray works closely with our customers to help them work through issues like contract modifications and packaging related snags. Ray is a friendly & helpful voice and takes pride in helping our customers win. |
Government Contracting
Janet has been with Park City Packaging for nearly two decades. Over this time Janet, has mastered all aspects of the government contracting process. In her current role, Janet works closely with our military packaging customers to process WAWF transactions, submit in VSM, and liaise with DCMA & government QAR’s. Janet is a pro at avoiding the pitfalls of the government contracting process and extends that knowledge to all Park City Packaging customers. |
